As a Certified Mental Health Coach and Health & Wellness Coach, I am passionate about helping you get unstuck and establish a realistic growth plan so you can meet your goals. Please note: Coaching is not the same as mental health counseling. I am not a health care provider or licensed counselor. As your coach, I will partner with you to help you stay accountable with your goals so you can experience the positive changes you want to see in your life. If you feel frustrated by your lack of progress, you are not alone! We’ll work together to help you achieve the steps you desire to take.

My desire is for you to feel seen and heard. I will listen to your story and help you determine a way forward. In Matthew 19:26, Jesus says, “With God all things are possible.” If you feel as if you’re in an impossible situation, I would be honored to walk alongside you as we rely on God to do His work and fulfill His plan for your life. Together we will explore what is working and what’s not working, and figure out the best path for you.
My Goal as a Christian Coach
My primary goal as your coach is for you to experience transformation in your life. In session we’ll work together to identify any beliefs or practices that are hindering your growth and establish new habits and patterns to replace any unhelpful ones. My hope is that through our interaction, you will gain the action steps and motivation needed to follow through with your goals.
What I Offer in Christian Coaching
I offer a relaxed atmosphere where you can feel safe and comfortable sharing your story. If you’re comfortable doing so, we will start each session with prayer, asking the Lord to guide our conversation. Through value-based coaching and motivational interviewing techniques, I will show you how to shift your perspective so you can reach the goals you set for yourself.
My Approach to Christian Coaching
As a Christian coach, I believe God is the one doing the transformation in your life, and I am blessed to be part of it has His instrument. As you learn to build your goals based on principles in Scripture, you’ll also grow in your ability to rely on His strength, not your own. Part of my approach to Christian coaching includes helping my clients see how the Lord made the body, mind, and soul to function together. Using this perspective and framework often leads to stronger faith and magnifies God over our circumstances.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and a Master of Art Degree in Human Services with specialization in Health and Wellness from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. I also have a Mental Health Coach Certification, Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification, and Digestive Health Certification. I have been coaching clients since 2014.
My Call to Christian Coaching
After college, I sensed that the Lord was calling me to help others improve their overall health – body, mind, and soul. I became certified in digestive health and fitness nutrition and opened my own personal coaching practice. In my practice I use Scripture as the foundation to improve physical health and nutrition. I later started a Christian Leadership Coach Training Program to help others learn how to coach from a faith-based perspective.
More About Me/On a Personal Note
Having grown up in Ohio and now living in California, I love anything that has to do with the beach or being outdoors. I also love learning about personal growth, leadership, and anything related to our health. I’m very passionate about community and am very involved with women’s ministries and events that bring people together.

Spiritual Development
If you feel as if your relationship with God is not what it could be, or you’re longing to strengthen your faith and deepen your trust in Him, coaching for spiritual development can be a great tool. Together we will develop a spiritual growth plan that will help you grow in your walk with God and put Him first in all things, relying on Him for direction and guidance.
Life Transitions
Life transitions can be very difficult and can sometimes even affect our relationships with others or with God. If you’re going through a transition now or preparing for one on the horizon, I would be happy to coach you through this period of change. Christian coaching for life transitions can prepare you for a smoother process as you adjust to new circumstances and find your bearings in the next phase of your life.
Relationship Issues
Communication is such an important element in any relationship, and yet it can often be one of the most difficult aspects to navigate. Perhaps you or your partner do not feel heard, seen, or valued. By discovering practical ways to repair relationships through various communication styles, Christian coaching for relationship issues can help you and your partner strengthen your bond and grow closer to each other and to God.
Health and Wellness
If you’re tired of trying one diet after the next and you’re frustrated by your lack of results or a decreased sense of health and wellness, I would be happy to meet with you. Together we could determine a plan to help you learn about your body and health based on Scripture and what God says about who you are and who He made you to be. Depending on your needs, we can also discuss issues related to whole foods, inflammation, and digestive health.
Sessions: I offer 53-minute sessions. Sessions can be held more than once per week, weekly, or every other week. Scheduling options are discussed in greater detail during your Risk-Free Initial Session.

Fees: I offer a Risk-Free Initial Session for individuals looking to pursue coaching with me. Please note that there is a fee for the Risk-Free Initial Session, but if you choose not to reschedule and continue coaching after the initial session the entire fee for the session will be waived. For ongoing coaching, the full fee per session is required at the time of service.
